In dieser rein orchestralen Version (es gibt auch eine gesungene Version, siehe zweites Video) erklang der Walzer zum ersten Mal am 18. März 1883 hier an dieser Stelle. Der Walzer wurde vom Strauss-Orchester mit Dirigenten Eduard, dem Bruder von Johann Strauss, im Rahmen der regelmäßigen Nachmittagskonzerte am Sonntag im Goldenen Saal des Musikvereins aufgeführt.
V tomto orchestrálním provedení (existuje také zpívaná verze, viz. druhé video) zazněl valčík poprvé 18. března 1883 zde na tomto místě. Valčík byl přednesen Straussovým orchestrem s dirigentem Eduardem, bratrem Johanna Strausse a to v rámci pravidelných vystoupení v neděli odpoledne ve "Zlatím sále" Musikvereinu. ... und hier die gesungene Version aus dem Jahre 1963 mit der fabelhaften coloratura soprano diva Ingeborg Hallstein ... a zde zpívaná verze z roku 1963 s úžasnou coloratura soprano diva Ingeborg HallsteinovouIngeborg Hallstein (b. 1936) was the daughter of a renowned soprano and singing teacher, Elisabeth Hallstein. She made a successful debut in 1957 as Musetta in Puccini's La Bohème, and later performed on major stages around the world. She was a full member of the Bavarian State Opera from 1961 to 1973, and her repertoire included more than 60 opera and operetta roles. A multi-talented artist, she also premiered modern works, gave lieder recitals and performed in many movies and TV shows. In 1968 she became the youngest singer to be honoured with the distinguished title of Kammersängerin in Bavaria. In 1979 she was appointed professor of singing at the Musikhochschule in Würzburg, and taught there until 2006. She has received numerous awards and honours, such as the Golden Screen award (for special achievement on German television), the Bavarian Order of Merit, the Distinguished Service Cross of the Federal Republic of Germany (twice), honorary member of the International Robert Stolz Society, and honorary patron of the Johann Strauss Society (for her commitment to the music of Johann Strauss).
